Working with KAR at Madgwick Park over the last 3 years I would definitely say they are one of my strongest trades helping our site win not only a NHBC pride in the job award but a Seal of excellence last year. Having just won a Pride in the Job for our quality this year we are hoping to achieve an even higher accolade in the further markings later in the year. With a strong management structure of plot sign offs and checks that that KAR have in place it’s not just the NHBC that rate the quality of our homes we handover the customers do too.
