Burger King Cardiff

Bagnalls first completed the external redecoration of this project back in 2013 when we scaffolded to gain safe access to the higher levels with fencing and netting used to cordon off the work area and protect the public. In addition to the painting work we also fixed bird deterrent devices on the building’s ledges, at the customer’s request, to maintain the look of the building.
We returned in Summer of 2020 as the client commissioned Bagnalls to once again paint the external façade of this listed building in a newly chosen heritage colour palette. After erecting a fixed scaffold, we jet washed the entire exterior of the building to remove all contaminants. Then we applied the specified masonry finish to this prominent fast-food business and a durable external wood finish for the window frames.
During the project, we had the added challenge of
working during the COVID-19 pandemic local
restrictions, this meant ensuring that all our operatives were working in a Covid-secure manner, adhering to the company’s COVID-19 risk assessment.
