Scope of Works:
R & B Decorators and Refurbishment carried out internal redecorations to communal areas and external decorations and pre-paint repairs throughout various properties within The Portman Estate’s property portfolio.
These works included: -
• Procurement and installation of items to match the period of the building such as decorative handmade fanlights, decorative metal railings and Portland stone entrance steps
• Replacement flooring, ceilings & floor finishes
• Decorative plaster & stucco replacements
• Scaffold erection, maintenance and dismantlement (including licenses)
• Decorative metalwork renewal & repairs
• Overhauling and repairs to timber sash windows
• External decorations & associated repairs
• Portland stone repairs & replacement
• Re-pointing and brickwork repairs
• Decorative lead flashing work & roofline product renewal
• Replacement roofing works including welsh slate roofs and asphalt renewal
