Bon Vivant Smart Boutique Villa
AJM worked alongside the Entrepreneur Stephen Hargreaves on yet another venture designed to mix the latest in State of the Art Technology with a luxury interior, creating a unique ‘Smart Home’ set within the heart of the Lake District.
We were asked to work with Jamie Hardy Joinery on the £1.2m Bon Vivant Boutique Smart Villa, utilising a vast array of Muraspec Wallpapers to walls & ceilings, in vibrant colour ways to create a striking, sumptuous interior. Mixing strong lighting features with an eclectic interior design, sets the property apart from others in the area, and is a key signature look from the Hargreaves Team.
Including rooms such as Cinema Room, 3 Bedrooms, En-Suites, Reading Room & Large Kitchen – AJM needed to work to a tight timescale, with a team of 5 decorators, to ensure the Villa was open for guests on schedule. This holiday let is part of Hargreaves Enterprises growing portfolio including The Cranleigh Boutique Hotel, The Boutique Church Suites & The Hideout Boutique House – all of which AJM have been proud to be the decorators on!
