The period building of 3 Copthall Avenue needed an interior overhaul and so the expert team at BSPS were called in to fit out the office space to ensure that the interior matched the exterior.
The team have created an exquisite, modern space complete with new WCs, a lift lobby and terrace areas. Described as ‘super loos’, the WCs are equipped with sensor taps and flushes and hand dryers. New LED lighting and air-conditioning was installed throughout the space along with exposed perimeter ceilings and a metal tile floor.
The team completed the work while working with confined floor to ceiling heights in an aging building with outdated services. The building is now ready to welcome keen employees in the fresh, modern and stylish office space.
