Hill Place House, London
Known the world over for championship tennis, Wimbledon is a desirable place to live and work in London. Surrounded by boutique shops, quaint cafes and chic restaurants, Hill Place House needed an upgrade to fit in with the neighbours so the team at BSPS were called on to provide a fit out to the office building.
We undertook a full strip out of all the fixtures and fittings to the first floor, the octagon shaped two storey office and created a cycle store and new shower block within under croft of the existing building. The mechanical and electrical services were undertaken on a full design and build basis, which included a new LED flat panel lighting system with sensor switching.
The works comprised of new glazed partitions, new suspended ceilings as well as re-modelled toilets on the first floor and within the octagon, including kitchenettes. The offices were completely re-decorated with fresh colours and new flooring throughout.
BSPS are highly experienced in working in buildings that are occupied and Hill Place House was no exception. As well as working around staff, the team accommodated some additional tenant fit out works while maintaining a high-quality finish within budget and on time.
