Mitre House
Located in the heart of the ancient market town, Kingston-upon-Thames, Mitre House is home to key employers in the area. The office required a major upgrade to give employees a stylish, practical and comfortable place to work.
The expert team at BSPS were called in to completely replace all existing services and offices on the ground, first and second floors.
The reception area was refurbished with new Terrazzo floor tiling, bespoke leather wall panelling, feature lighting and a multifunctional reception desk was added.
An amazing new design was created for the bathrooms by the in-house team which consisted of Terrazzo flooring, bespoke worktops and wall tiling. New sanitary and cubicle systems were installed and feature mirrors with LED lighting were introduced.
New air conditioning was installed as well as lighting, access control, security and data within the three floors and common areas. The exterior of the building was renovated with the roof and gutters cleaned and replaced.
As a busy office, the building was occupied during the project, but the expert team made sure existing systems were left working until the work was complete.
