We were awarded the contract to complete a full external redecoration of the building as the condition of the building was not great and very weathered. Works carried out included masonry repairs and redecoration, timber doors and window repairs as well as redecoration of metal work.
We started with a full clean down and fungicidal wash. We could then start on the repairs, including raking out cracks, and filling. this included in the pillars and columns which required the filler to be shaped around intricate details.
We encountered a few challenges whilst working on the windows, as some of the timber had rot, so we needed to replace and repair. Using repair care, we were able to reshape and form the resin to the shape of the windows.
We also finished the doors to a high gloss finish, preparing, priming and finishing exterior gloss and high grade sanding between coats to provide a high shine mirror like finish.
