East Street, Bridport - External Painting

To replace existing timber fascia and soffit boards with upvc and renew the rainwater gutters and down pipes. Carry out external painting to all previously painted timber windows and doors. We were asked if we would like to submit a tender from Magna Housing for the external works at 58 – 68 East Street, Bridport. Our Contracts Manager visited site and completed the tender based on the information supplied by Magna. Once we had been awarded the contract and an agreed start date had been set, a programme of works was agreed by all. Scaffold access was ordered and materials measured up and orders sent out. Works were completed within the agreed programme of works and to a good standard without any defects from the client.
