I confirm Habinteg Housing Association has been working in partnership with Bell Group UK for the past six years. The partnership has been running very smoothly and Bell Group has been producing Key Performance Indicators at the end of each year showing good overall results.

Tenant satisfaction has been greatly increased since the commencement of the partnering arrangement, which has been professionally managed by Bell Group.

Jephson Housing Association

Bell Group UK has worked with Jephson Housing Association Group in the North of England for the last 5 years under a partnering agreement; we are delighted to report that we are to continue to provide Jephson Housing Association with our services for the next 4 years under a new framework agreement.

Works undertaken on behalf of the Association include the cyclical painting and pre-paint repairs of the majority of their schemes. Jephson Housing Association stated that they have found Bell Group to be a very professional organisation whilst at the same time remaining approachable to the residents.

Bell Group has been very helpful in recommending suitable products from the Dulux range; we have worked closely with our ICI representative in the North, Philip Gledhill.
