Founded in 1944, AD Construction Group, is a privately family-owned public-sector specialist provider of cyclical, whole house refurbishment and upgrades, building safety and zero carbon works. With over 75 years’ experience delivering works to occupied properties - predominantly people’s homes, across the whole of London, South East and Home Counties. Working with a number of G15 Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Local Government and Public Sector Clients.
AD’s accreditations include ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CHAS, Constructionline Gold, BM-Trada and PAS 2030. In addition, we have received the British Safety Council International Safety Award for the 10th consecutive year.
AD is committed to Sustainability and the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012. We extend our service beyond delivering excellent value and high-quality works for our public sector partners, by incorporating wider added value.
