In June 2009, Classic Decorative Finishes Limited were appointed to carry out decoration works to 3no sites consisting of 427 bedrooms including communal kitchens, lounges, bathrooms, staircases and en-suite facilities. In summer 2008, CDF carried out the same sort of works for both Create Construction and Liberty Living PLC at their site in Birmingham.

The client was provided with 3 separate paint manufacturers to choose from. After much consideration, the client opted for Glidden & Dulux; they thought both products offered excellent value for money.
