Southampton University

CLC Contractors Limited carried out a 4-year internal and external redecoration contract for University of Southampton which started in 2006. The work included heavy repairs to the 82-year-old bell tower. Many of the University’s buildings date back to the early 1900’s, which meant that with agreement with the client, specific products and materials were used to help prolong the life of the work and reduce further expenditure for the University.

Our relationship with the university continues to this day. CLC completed a major refurbishment in 2016 to four buildings within the university campus. Works were carried whilst students still on site and also after hours to reduce disruption to the students and staff.
