CLC Contractors Limited were awarded a 4-year Internal and External Maintenance service with Midland Heart Housing Association as part of a existing framework agreement.

CLC Contractors is one of the two nominated contractors for a £multi million maintenance deal and Chris Pritchard, commercial director at CLC Contractors Limited, commented: “Being selected to be part of this framework agreement will allow CLC to work alongside Midland Heart in providing a long-term improvement programme.”

CLC are carrying out carry the maintenance and refurbishment of 15,000 of Midland Heart’s properties across the region.
