The Mansions is a new residential development in Wimbledon Hill Park, it comprises of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Amenities include concierge, residents’ gym, cinema, and carpark.
This latest and final phase has a collection of 7 blocks, with an affordable option and sale purchases.
Externally the buildings echo a classical Georgian style with a distinctive twist.
There has been 2 colour pallets for this project, Dulux Vinyl Matt Pure Brilliant White, and White Mists, with a Ral 9003 solvent based Satin wood for the joinery.
Each residents staircase/lobby has a feature wallpaper which compliments the subtle finishes within the area.
This projects challenge was through not having a programme, but only durations for decorations to take place in each block.
We worked closely with the main contractor to ensure the project was resourced accordingly and that the works carried out were completed to the highest standard possible.
With a 6-stage snagging process we had 2 teams in place for the works carried out on this project, 1 team consisting of 5 decorators for Final decorations and another team of 3 for the rigorous snagging process.
This project also one a Highly commended award with the PDA in 2022.
