Merchants House - Internal Painting and Decorations
Jones Building Group have completed the conversion of a five-storey block of offices into commercial accommodation at Merchants House in Bristol.
This project comprised of the remodelling and refurbishment of an existing commercial premises into commercial accommodation with a reception, staff room, common room and catering kitchen.
Works were carried out over five storeys, both externally and internally. The initial works carried out were the internal demolition and stirp out followed by core drilling for M&E first fix followed by first fix fit out works. This was followed by second fix and full decorations including carpentry, painting and floor coverings.
A vast amount of fire stopping was also undertaken during the project, with over 70 fire doors fitted throughout the building.
