T&H Contract Services Ltd are a family run commercial painting and decorating business established in 1974.
We deliver a range of national painting and decorating contracts from our office based in Hampshire.
T&H Contract Services have skilled teams of painters and decorators with wide range experience and qualifications. We carry out projects as widely varied as schools, housing association accommodation, police stations, listed period buildings and high-end shops. With a wide portfolio of work showcased on our website.
Our skilled teams are often called to assist with non-standard and potentially problematic projects - flood and fire damage restoration or the conversion and restoration of a large period building - demonstrating each time that we have the skill and knowledge base to deliver a high end finish whatever the circumstances.
Our dedicated Operations Manager liaises directly with our clients in ensuring that our specification fully meets their requirements. He then works to manage the painting and decorating teams on site to ensure that the clients requirements are fully met.
T&H Contract Services also run a contract cleaning and specialist cleaning division. This enables us to offer a fully joined up approach to our clients' projects, our teams are available to support the clients needs from start to finish. With this complete project approach we meet the clients needs by carrying out:
• The initial site clearance and builders cleans, removal of all waste from site.
• High specification builders cleans staged throughout the construction phases.
• Our skilled painting and decorating teams complete all decorations works to a high standard.
• The final 'sparkle clean' before handover to the site user.
• We can then supply the day to day contract cleaning for the site on into the future.
As a business we are committed to ongoing staff development and training with regular training events for our team members organised throughout the year.
